How are payments handled?

Owners fund a deposit when they award the gig. Funds are held in escrow and released to the pro upon completion. Disputes go through RoadFloat support.

What does RoadFloat charge?

Owners pay nothing — ever. Pros pay 6% of the awarded gig amount. There's no fee to bid, no monthly minimum, and no charge if you don't win the work.

Where is RoadFloat available?

We launched in the Chesapeake Bay, Long Island Sound, and the Pacific Northwest. We're expanding to Florida and New England this season.
